Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Nudge02 desktop application and website (the "Service"). By installing or using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Nudge02 captures your screen when you ask, sends it with your question to a server and AI model provider, and shows you an answer, guidance, or performs actions on your computer in Do mode. Features, limits and prices may change; we will not reduce what you have already paid for during a paid period.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or Service, bypass licence or usage limits, or access the Service by any means other than the official app.
3. Accounts, licence keys and plans
Your licence key identifies your plan and usage. Keep it private; you are responsible for activity under it. Plan allowances (steps, imports, daily limits) are described on the pricing section and enforced automatically. Extra credits do not expire while the Service operates, are not transferable and have no cash value.
4. Payments
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in USD and may include taxes added at checkout. See the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to process content you have no right to share with third-party services.
- Do not use it to bypass security measures, evade payment, send spam, gather others' personal data, or automate actions that violate another service's terms.
- Do not attempt to overload, probe or attack the Service. We may suspend keys that do.
6. Do mode and your responsibility
Do mode can click, type and send keyboard shortcuts on your computer. You must supervise it, review actions it asks you to confirm, and keep the stop shortcut ready. You are solely responsible for the consequences of actions performed on your computer, including data loss, messages sent or purchases made. Do not use Do mode for safety-critical, financial-transaction, medical or legally significant tasks.
7. AI output and no advice
Output is generated by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading. It is provided for general guidance only and is not professional advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic (AI model), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (DNS). Their terms and availability apply to their parts. Imported YouTube links, files and web pages remain the property of their owners; you confirm you may use them for this purpose.
9. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, with notice where reasonable.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or consumer rights you cannot waive.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or abuse. Sections that by nature should survive, will.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or in the app; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact: support@nudge02.com.
