Privacy policy
This explains what Nudge02 collects, why, and your choices. The short version: we process your screenshot only to answer you, and we do not keep it.
What happens when you use the app
- Screenshots and questions. When you send a question or request a step, the app captures your screen at that moment and sends it with your text to our server over HTTPS. Our server forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer, and returns the result. We do not store screenshots, questions or answers. Anthropic processes the request under its commercial API terms (see anthropic.com/legal).
- Imported guides. Text, files or YouTube captions you import are processed the same way and not stored by us.
- Do mode. Mouse and keyboard actions are carried out locally on your computer.
Data we do keep

On your computer
Settings and your licence key are stored locally, encrypted with your operating system's secure storage where available.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data it collects.
Website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It contacts our server only when you buy, look up a plan or join the waitlist. Our host, Hetzner, and DNS provider, Cloudflare, process network data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or complain to your data-protection authority. Email support@nudge02.com. We will reply within a month.
Sensitive information on screen
A screenshot can include anything visible, such as passwords, messages or personal data. Close or hide sensitive content before asking, and do not use Nudge02 where you are not allowed to share the screen's contents with external services.
Children
Nudge02 is not intended for children under 16.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, secrets are kept server-side, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to support@nudge02.com.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when practices change.
