Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Nudge02. The free plan lets you try it before paying. These terms apply to purchases made through nudge02.com and the app.

Subscriptions (Pro and Power)

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a plan. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, no questions asked.
• After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Cancel from the account page. Cancelling stops future charges.

Extra credits

• Credits that have not been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If some were used, we refund the unused part.

Consumers in the EU / EEA / UK

You may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchasing a digital service. By starting to use the paid features straight away you ask us to begin the service immediately; where the law allows, your withdrawal right then applies only to the unused part. Our 14-day guarantee above applies regardless.

Billing errors and double charges

We will fix them and refund the difference. Email support@nudge02.com with your receipt.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method via Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
